Adam Rosenzweig

President & CEO

Adam is the CEO of Axiom and a results-driven real estate leader and strategist with over 25 years of experience across acquisition, development, leasing, repositioning, and sales of more than 20 million square feet of retail properties.  Known for optimizing rent rolls and driving EBITDA and NAV growth, he has a proven and well regarded track record in commercial real estate.

Since founding Axiom, Adam has led the company in identifying and transforming underperforming assets, focusing on high-potential retail properties in overlooked markets. His expertise in strategic acquisitions and tenant relationships has positioned Axiom as a key player in unlocking value for investors.

Prior to Axiom, Adam held leadership roles at top organizations.  At CBRE, Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate firm, he specialized in institutional investment sales.  As Director of Real Estate for Gap, Inc., he led strategic initiatives for the global retailer.  At The Goldenberg Group, he managed $150M+ in redevelopment projects and completed over 3 million square feet of retail leases, generating more than $1 billion in property value and cash flows.

Adam holds an MBA in Business Management from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in International Finance from The George Washington University.

Kevin Page

Director of Acquisitions

Kevin is the Director of Acquisitions at Axiom, bringing a dynamic approach to deal sourcing, underwriting, and strategic acquisitions.  Since joining Axiom, Kevin has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s portfolio by identifying high-potential assets and executing acquisitions aligned with Axiom’s value-add investment strategy.  His keen insight and analytical rigor have been essential to Axiom’s growth in institutionally overlooked markets.

Throughout his career, Kevin has been involved in financing, acquisition, and disposition transactions totaling over 2.5 million square feet and exceeding $350 million in transaction volume. Prior to Axiom, he held acquisitions and asset management roles at Broad Street Realty, a Mid-Atlantic shopping center owner/operator with a 3+ million square foot portfolio.  There, he led portfolio financial analysis, developed operational tools for leasing and asset management, and solidified his expertise in commercial real estate underwriting using Excel and ARGUS Enterprise. He was also instrumental in Broad Street’s transition to a public company and subsequent institutional capital raises.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), where he graduated with Highest Honors.

Sydney Goldman

Project Coordinator​

Sydney is a Project Coordinator at Axiom, known for her exceptional organizational skills and strategic approach to driving projects forward.  She oversees and manages all components of transactions, client interactions, and vendor relations, ensuring seamless communication and progress throughout each deal.  As the primary point of contact for our investors, Sydney is adept at building strong relationships and is highly regarded by them.

With a passion for problem-solving and a keen attention to detail, Sydney collaborates closely with project stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for all developments.  Before joining Axiom, she gained valuable experience as a paralegal at a regional law firm, where she further refined her organizational and communication skills.  During her collegiate years, she also worked in marketing and client relations with GoPuff, enhancing her ability to connect with clients and manage logistical needs effectively.

Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph’s University.

Sydney’s background includes work in sales and marketing positions along with paralegal experience.  She graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
