Adam Rosenzweig
President & CEO
Adam Rosenzweig is the founder and CEO of Axiom Realty, bringing more than 25 years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate. Over the course of his career, he has overseen the acquisition, development, leasing, repositioning, and disposition of over 20 million square feet of retail property nationwide. Adam is known for his ability to unlock value in underperforming assets through strategic tenant relationships and operational discipline.
Before launching Axiom, Adam held senior leadership positions with industry leaders including CBRE, where he specialized in institutional investment sales; The Goldenberg Group, where he led over $150 million in redevelopment projects and executed over 3 million square feet of leasing; and Gap Inc., where he oversaw real estate strategy across 13 states for its global brands. His broad expertise gives Axiom a unique ability to navigate both institutional rigor and entrepreneurial flexibility.
Adam earned his MBA in Business Management from Temple University and holds a B.S. in International Finance from The George Washington University.
Kevin Page
Director of Acquisitions
Kevin Page is responsible for leading Axiom’s acquisition pipeline, overseeing deal sourcing, underwriting, and transaction execution. Since joining Axiom, Kevin has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s portfolio, identifying off-market opportunities and high-upside assets that align with Axiom’s investment strategy in overlooked markets. His analytical rigor and execution discipline help ensure every investment meets the firm’s standards for both cash flow stability and long-term value creation.
Kevin brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, having managed more than 2.5 million square feet in transaction volume. Prior to Axiom, he held roles in acquisitions and asset management at Broad Street Realty, a Mid-Atlantic shopping center owner/operator with over 3 million square feet under management. There, he developed institutional-grade tools for financial analysis, leasing strategy, and portfolio management, and participated in public capital raises following the firm’s IPO.
Kevin graduated summa cum laude from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, bringing a disciplined, quantitative approach to every deal.
Sydney Goldman
Project Coordinator
Sydney Goldman plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of Axiom’s acquisitions, investor communications, and vendor coordination. As the central point of contact for many of Axiom’s partners, Sydney blends professionalism with warmth, earning the trust of investors and counterparties alike. Her focus on detail, responsiveness, and communication excellence helps maintain the firm’s reputation for reliability and transparency.
Prior to joining Axiom, Sydney worked as a paralegal at a regional law firm, where she gained valuable experience in legal documentation, process management, and client service. She also held roles in marketing and customer relations at GoPuff, where she helped streamline logistics and enhance user experience—skills that translate directly to her current role in investor and operational support.
Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph’s University.
