Adam Rosenzweig is a profit-focused real estate leader, strategist, and relationship builder, who over the course of 23+ years has acquired, developed, leased, repositioned, and sold retail properties totaling more than 10m square feet. From his diverse experience in commercial real estate, Adam has a strong track record of optimizing rent rolls and driving EBITDA and NAV growth across multiple portfolios. His background includes leadership roles with a premier entrepreneurial development company, a global leader in commercial real estate services and the largest specialty retailer in the world. Prior to founding Axiom, Adam led over $150M of redevelopment projects, while completing 3m square feet of retail leases creating more than $1B in property value and cash flows.
Adam holds an MBA from Temple University in Business Management and a B.S. from The George Washington University in International Finance.

Kevin Page

Kevin is a highly driven shopping center professional with extensive experience in deal sourcing and underwriting. He has been involved with the acquisition, disposition, and financing of more than 2.5 million square feet and +$350MM of total transaction volume since beginning his real estate career.
Prior to joining Axiom, Kevin held Acquisitions and Asset Management positions at Broad Street Realty, Inc., and Cobalt Real Estate Solutions where he led financial analysis and developed a reputation for excellence in commercial real estate underwriting using Excel & ARGUS Enterprise.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in Atlanta, Georgia where he graduated with Highest Honors in May of 2018.

With a passion for problem-solving and for making a difference, Sydney loves collaborating with project stakeholders to move our developments forward.
Sydney’s background includes work in sales and marketing positions along with paralegal experience. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
